Miss Aguilar was born Dec. 21, 1988, in Monterrey, Mexico. She was an honor student at Salina High School South.

Survivors include her mother, Laura Garza, of the home; her father, Ramiro Aguilar, of Monterrey, Mexico; two brothers, Robert Steve Castro and Jorge Navarro, both of Salina; a sister, Cindy Castro of Salina; and her grandparents, Ruben Carza of Salina and Eloisa Garza of Salina.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Sacred Heart Cathedral, Ninth and Iron, Salina. Cremation will follow the service.

A vigil will be at 8 p.m. Sunday at the cathedral.

Visitation will be from noon to 6:30 p.m. Sunday at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth, Salina 67401, and after 7 p.m. at the cathedral.
