Mr. Anderson was born Feb. 17, 1930, in Smolan. He was a retired janitor for the Salina School District.

Survivors include two stepsons, Lewis Johnson and Bob Johnson, both of Salina.

A private family service will be at a later date.

Memorials may be made to American Legion Post 62, Salina.

There will be no visitation. The body was cremated.
