Mrs. Bolby was born Carol J. Bush on May 20, 1942, in Parsons. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include her husband, Floyd, of the home; two sons, Floyd Jr. and Thomas, both of Salina; her mother, Marge Bush, of Parsons; a brother, James Bush of Parsons; three sisters, Mary Jack of Haysville, Cecilia Whetzel of Lubbock, Texas, and Debi Baker of Vilonia, Ark.; and three grandchildren.

A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth, Salina 67401. Inurnment will be in Highland Cemetery, New Cambria.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.

There will be no visitation.
