Mrs. Boston was born Pauline M. Gunter on May 16, 1922, in Cloud County. She was a cosmetologist and owned and operated the Town and Country Beauty Salon for 40 years.

She was preceded in death by three husbands, Abe Savage, in 1950; Don Greene, in 1991, and Paul Boston, in 2004; and two sisters, Adelaid Marcotte and Lena Daly.

Survivors include three sons, Roger Savage of Salina, Russell Savage and Don Greene of Salina; a sister, Leona Zafereo of Fountain, Colo.; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Sunrise Presbyterian Church, Salina. Inurnment will be at 1 p.m. Monday in Roselawn Memorial Park, 1920 E. Crawford, Salina 67401.
