Mrs. Crawford was born Nancy Lee Dean on Aug. 8, 1935, in Glen Elder. She was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William H. “Bill” Powell, in 1997; her father, Keith Dean; and her mother, Elizabeth Dean.

Survivors include her husband, Dewane D. Crawford, of Salina; a son, Greg Walker of Salina; a daughter, Kristi Hansen of Salina; seven stepchildren; a brother, Richard K. Dean of Salina; a sister, Brenda Brinker of Topeka; four grandchildren, Vanessa Dickson, Michael, Matthew and Gabriel Walker; 19 stepgrandchildren; a great-grandchild, Evan Dickson; and 14 stepgreat-grandchildren.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth, Salina 67401, the Rev. Paul Robbins officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park, Salina.

Memorials may be made to Smoky Hill Rehabilitation Center, Salina.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday at the mortuary, where the family will receive friends from 5 to 6 p.m. The casket will be closed.
