Mr. Fisher was born Nov. 26, 1922, at McFarland. He was a clerk for the U.S. Postal Service in Salina and had worked as an assistant superintendent for CGF Grain.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy, in 2002.

Survivors include a son, Dick of Kearney, Mo.; two daughters, Laura Rhodenbaugh of Salina and Trudy Koopman of Aurora, Colo.; and seven grandchildren.

A memorial reception will be from noon to 1:30 p.m. Friday, March 3, 2006 at the All Star Bowling Center, 624 S. Broadway, Salina.
