Mr. Fowler was born Sept. 13, 1944, in El Dorado. He was an auto body technician.

Survivors include three brothers, Phil of Miltonvale, Jim of Salina and David of Hickory, N.C.; a sister, Patty Thayer of Salina; and his father, Charles K. Fowler, of Salina.

A graveside inurnment service will be at 10 a.m. today in Gypsum Hill Cemetery, Salina.

Memorials may be made to Hospice of Salina.

There will be no visitation. The body was cremated.
