He was born April, 22, 1937, in Hartford.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Sandra Kay (Kaiser) Goertz.

Survivors include three sons, Lee Williams of Colorado Springs, Colo., Stuart Williams of Mesa, Ariz., and Daryl Armstrong of Salina; two daughters, Marthanna Hall of Chandler, Ariz., and Diane Briscoe of Lincoln; a sister, Marjorie Glenn of Garden City; and nine grandchildren.

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Gypsum Hill Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth, Salina 67401.
