Mr. Horn was born April 1, 1965, in Salina, Kan. He was a night superintendent for the Water Department of the City of Jackson for 15 years.

He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Michael Horn, in 2001.

Survivors include his mother, Barbara Weis Horn, of Salina; a brother, Jonathan Horn of Salina; a sister, Beth Horn of Houston; his grandmother, Louise Weis of Salina; a nephew, Brandon Johnston; and two nieces, Aasta Horn and Taylor Gilbert.

A service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at First Southern Baptist Church, Salina. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park, Salina.

Memorials may be made to the David Michael Horn Memorial Fund.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth, Salina 67401.
