Mrs. Jacobs was born Donna Lynn Merriman on Sept. 17, 1950, in Salina, Kan. She was director of Baptist Towers Senior Living Community, Covington.

Survivors include her husband, John E., of Edgewood; five sons, David Johnson of Rincon, Ga., John R. Jacobs and Kenneth Jacobs, both of Salina, Glenn Jacobs of Florence and Kenneth Johnson of Washington, Kan.; two daughters, Traci Jacobs of Goodyear, Ariz., and Lori Jewell of Mount Healthy, Ohio; her mother, Marjorie Wilvers, of Salina; two sisters, Cindy Riechers and Susan Anderson, both of Salina; 15 grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth, Salina 67401. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park, Salina.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at the mortuary.
