Mrs. Mullally was born Mildred Mahaffey on December 30, 1916 at Formosa. She was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred E. Mullally.

She is survived by her sister, Gladys I. Rader of Salina.

A memorial service will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday at Windsor Estates, 623 S 3rd, Salina.
