Noah was born Sept. 18, 2006, in Salina.

Survivors in addition to his parents include his twin brother, Jackson Matthew, of the home; his grandparents, Richard and Becky Houghton and David and Beth Perry, all of Salina; his great-grandmothers, Erma Henrichs of Salina, Waunita Perry of Dewey, Okla., and Wanda Hall of Miami, Okla.; and his aunts and uncles, Jeremy Houghton of Salina, Pete and Kristi Alvarado of Overland Park and Nicole and Buck Burns of Grapeview, Wash.

A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Salina, the Rev. Harry Tysen officiating. Inurnment will be in Gypsum Hill Cemetery, Salina.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family for a memorial to be decided at a later date.

There will be no visitation.
