Mr. Skelly was born William Harold Skelly on July 10, 1917. He was a special agent for the FBI from 1940 to 1964.

Survivors include his wife, Anna, of the home; a daughter, Bonnie L. Whalen of Leawood; a brother, Dr. Ralph E. of Ashland, Mo.; a sister, Dorothy M. King of Kansas City, Kan.; two grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two stepsons; four step-grandchildren; and two stepgreat-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth, Salina 67401.
