She was born Bertha B. Dick on March 22, 1914 in Tampa,Ks. She was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by a son, Gordon Lee Young; four sisters, Rachel,Alvena, Mary and Selma; and four brothers, David, Melvin, Walter and Harry.

Survivors include a sister, Frieda Priddy of 336 Indiana, Salina; a sister-in-law, Bettie Dick of 305 Anderson, Salina; and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral will be at 11:30 a.m. on Friday at Ryan Mortuary with Rev. Paul Robbins officiating. A graveside service will be at 3:00 p.m. on Friday in Fairlawn Burial Park,Hutchinson, Ks.

Memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Research, St. John's Lutheran Church, or the donor's choice.

Visitation is from 2:00 - 8:00 p.m. Thursday at the mortuary where the family will receive friends from 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.
