Mr. Beckner was born Feb. 13, 1945, in Colby. He was a salvage yard manager.

Survivors include two sons, Stanley Eugene Bulinski of Goodland and Sean E. Bulinski of Emporia; three daughters, Sheila Brown of Glendale, Paula Jean Smith of Salina and Suzanne Elizabeth Anderson of Oakley; three brothers, Robert “Bob” Beckner of Goodland, Jerry C. Beckner of Bakersfield, Calif., and David R. Beckner of Kanorado; a sister, Virginia L. Ballentine of Wallace; and 11 grandchildren.

A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth, Salina 67401. A graveside inurnment service will be at 2 p.m. Central time Saturday, March 17th in the Brewster Cemetery, Brewster.

Memorials may be made to the family for the grandchildren’s education.

There will be no visitation.
