Mr. Calzada was born July 10, 1988, in Zacatecas, Mexico. He was a roofer.

Survivors include two brothers, Ezequiel and Anselmo; 10 sisters, Lupe, Ermila, Tomasa, Rosalinda, Maria de Jesus, Cecilia, Teresa, JoseFina, Regina and Irene; his father, David Sr., of Salina; his mother, Maria Irene de los Santos; and four grandparents.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Sacred Heart Catholic Cathedral. Burial will be in All Saints Cemetery, Salina.

A vigil will be held at 7 p.m. Sunday at the cathedral.
