Mr. Crowl was born Nov. 5, 1917, in Barnard. He was a bus driver with Continental Trailways.

Survivors include his wife, Margaret, of Salina; three daughters, Diana McDaneld of Tucson, Ariz., Barbara Ridder of Lincoln, Neb., and Kathy Vass of Minneapolis; a sister, Kathryn Togerson of Bossier City, La., nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Monday at First United Methodist Church, 122 N. Eighth, Salina.

Memorials may be made to the church or Kansas Wesleyan University.

There will be no visitation. The body was cremated.
