Mrs. Dudley was born Maggie Shields on Aug. 8, 1926, in Paris, Texas. She was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by a son, Jesse “Danny” Curbow.

Survivors include her husband, Carl C. Dudley, of the home; a daughter, Jessie Curbow Putman of Bavaria; two sons, Joseph Curbow and Paul Curbow, both of Salina; two brothers, Albert “Blue” Shields of Lindsborg and William “Penny” Shields of Clearlake, Calif.; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandson.

Private family services will be held. Burial will be in Brookville City Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to Hospice Care of Kansas.

There will be no visitation.
