Marie C. Dunlap, 93, Salina, died Wednesday, Feb. 28, 2007.
Mrs. Dunlap was born Marie C. Edmonds on Sept. 10, 1913, in Custer, S.D., the daughter of Louis and Anna Edmonds. She was a homemaker and the bookkeeper for Salina Auto Parts.
She was a member of First United Methodist Church, First United Methodist Women, PTA and had been a Girl and Boy Scout leader.
She married Perry A. Dunlap on June 30, 1935, in Clay Center.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Perry A. Dunlap, in 2001; and a granddaughter, Betsy Dunlap, in 1987.
Survivors include two sons, Larry and wife Cathy of Salina and Evans and wife Jackie of Gardner; two daughters, Joy Gawith and husband Al of Salina and Donna Poort and husband Steve of Sedalia, Mo; a sister, Ileen Tschirhart of Blue Springs, Mo.; nine grandchildren, David Dunlap and wife Julie, Tanya Clynch and husband Mike, Catherine Rider and husband Danny, Rhonda Lambert, Kelly Poort and husband Brian Sperry, Nicole Swanson and husband Lars, Sabrina Dunlap, Renee Newbanks and husband Ryan and Trenton Dunlap; 16 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at First United Methodist Church, Salina, the Rev. Marshall Stanton officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park, Salina.
Memorials may be made to the church.
Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Friday at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth, Salina 67401. The family will receive friends from 6 to 7:30 p.m.
