Mr. Fowler was born Feb. 11, 1922, in Aberdeen, S.D. He worked in design and layout for Boeing Aircraft in Wichita.

Survivors include his wife, Glenda, of the home: two sons, Jim of Fallbrook, Calif., and William "Bill" of Miltonvale; two step-sons, Bruce Willard of Salina and Steve Willard of Miltonvale; two daughters, Sylvia Burnett and Janet Bobrow, both of Street. Md.; a stepdaughter, Melodie Willard of Port Angeles, Wash.; a brother, Harry of Sioux Falls, S.D.; 10 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; six step-grandchildren; and two step-greatgrandchildren.

The body was cremated. Inurnment will be at a later date.

Memorials may be made to the donor's choice.

There will be no service or visitation.
