Harold J. “Hap” Frank, 68, Salina, died Wednesday, Dec. 12, 2007. Mr. Frank was born Aug. 4, 1939, in Hays. He was an officer for the U.S. Treasury Department, Department of the Internal Revenue Service for 28 years, in the Wichita and Salina offices. After retirement, he owned and operated HJF Tax and Consulting, Salina, and he also worked for Wal-Mart, Salina. Survivors include his wife, Lana, of the home; a son, Patrick J. and wife Tracee of Roseburg, Ore.; two daughters, Marisa Frank of Salina and Nicole Frank Noble and husband Seth of Brush, Colo.; two brothers, Gerald of Hays and Ken of Kearney, Neb.; and six grandchildren, Cassandra and Samantha Frank, Alexander Patrick Frank, and Kenna, Will and Elizabeth Noble. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Mary Queen of the Universe Catholic Church, 230 E. Cloud, Salina. A graveside service will be at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday in Fairmount Cemetery, Jetmore. A rosary will be said at a vigil at 7:30 p.m. Monday at the mortuary. Memorials may be made to Boy Scout Troop 20 at St. Mary Catholic Church. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth, Salina 67401. |
