Ms. Grasher was born Debra Marie Hinde on Aug. 27, 1951, in Salina, Kan. She was a professional makeup artist and certified optician.

She loved the outdoors and was a gardener, angler and NASCAR enthusiast.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Ruth Ann Owens Hinde, in 1997.

Survivors include a daughter, Lauren Ashley Crick and husband Aaron of Charlotte, N.C.; five sisters, Sandra Wallace, Vicki Wilson and husband Jeff, Lori Hall and husband Kelly, Melissa Nowak and husband Brian, and Rachel Hinde, all of Salina; a brother, Lance of Salina; and her father, Gene, of Salina.

A graveside memorial service will be at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday in Roselawn Memorial Park, Salina, the Rev. Tom Reid officiating.

Memorials may be made to Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children or the American Humane Society.

There will be no visitation. The body was cremated.
