Mrs. Knight was born Constance Rose Williams on Nov. 14, 1924, in Ellsworth. She was an operations manager for Michigan Bell, retiring in 1989.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Benjamin, in 1992.

She is survived by four cousins, Frances Young and Byrdie Kelly, both of Salina, Jane Johnson of Houston and Jack Williams of St. Louis; and many other cousins.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday at St. Johns Missionary Baptist Church, 215 S. Chicago, Salina 67401. Burial will be in Detroit, Mich.

Memorials may be made to the church.

Visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. until the service Monday at the church.
