Mrs. Kogler was born Muriel Stewart on Jan. 4, 1917, in Center, Neb. She was a farm homemaker and a child care provider.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank B. Stewart and Pauline Mansfield Stewart; a son, G. Everett Kogler, in 2005; two brothers, Harry R. Stewart and Frank E. Stewart; and two sisters, Mildred I. Smith and Doris H. Stewart.

Survivors include her husband, Glea R., of Salina; two daughters, Sharon K. Anderson and Doris P. Swenson and husband Dennis, all of Salina; a brother, Paul M. Stewart of Littleton, Colo.; two sisters, Phyllis E. Youel of Littleton and Ella Mae Higgins of Niobrara, Neb.; and two grandchildren, Joy R. Bircher and husband Judd of Gypsum and Sara M. Swenson of Salina.

The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth, Salina 67401. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park, Salina.

Memorials may be made to Saline County Association for Retarded Citizens or Windsor Estates Nursing Center, Salina.

The family will receive friends from noon to 1 p.m. Saturday at the mortuary.
