Miss Lindquist was born Oct. 19, 1914, in rural Mentor. She was a bookkeeper at Consolidated Printing.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John P. Lindquist and the former Regina T. Lundquist; two sisters, Bernice Swanson and Ruth Lindquist; a brother, Howard Lindquist and wife Daisy; and three nephews, Ervin Swanson and wife Patricia, Wayne Swanson and Lawrence Swanson.

Survivors include a niece, Maralee Swanson of Huntsville, Ala.; three nephews, Romaine Swanson and wife Elsie of Gypsum, Gerald Swanson and wife Charlene of Jefferson City, Mo., and Melvin Swanson of Derby; 11 grand nieces and nephews; and 28 great-grand nieces and nephews.

The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Friday at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 302 S. Seventh, Salina, the Rev. Ed Foster officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park, Salina.

Memorials may be made to the church, Hospice Care of Kansas or a charity of the donor’s choice.

Visitation will be from noon to 8 p.m. Thursday at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth, Salina 67401.
