Ms. Lingo was born Mary Laura Lingo on July 12, 1948, in Salina. She was a housekeeper at Halstead Hospital.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Margaret Lingo; and three brothers, James Jr., Charles and Daniel Ray.

Survivors include two brothers, Patrick and Stephen, both of Salina; two sisters, Barbara Wetzel of Bennington and Julia Lingo of Salina; five nieces; three nephews; three great-nieces; and four great-nephews.

The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Sacred Heart Cathedral, Ninth and Iron, Salina 67401. Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery, Salina.

A vigil and rosary will be at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth, Salina 67401.

Memorials may be made to Hospice of Kansas or Pinnacle Park Nursing Center.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the mortuary.
