Mr. Lynn was born April 7, 1962, in Ariton, Ala. He worked as a shrimper on a commercial fishing boat.

Survivors include a son, Robert William of Columbia, Ky.; a brother, William Anthony of Ozark, Ala.; a sister, Theresa Elaine Kraft of Abilene; his mother, M. Annette Cole, of New Cambria; and his father, Robert P., of Alabama.

A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Crossroads Church, Salina. Inurnment will be at a later date.

Memorials may be made to the American Red Cross.

There will be no visitation.
