Mrs. McCall was born Thalia M. Banker on April 17, 1915, in Salina to Jasper H. Banker and the former Inez M. Nothern. She was a credit manager for Asbury Hospital.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Glen Elba, in 1986.

Survivors include a son, Richard and wife Songie of Minneapolis; a daughter, Patricia Bullock and husband Ron of Colleyville, Texas; a brother, Merlin and wife Eleanor of Salina; a sister, Arnita Graber of Hesston; four grandchildren, Bradley McCall of Glenwood, Iowa, Mitchell Bullock of Trophy Club, Texas, Deborah Vestal of Grapevine, Texas, and Suzanne Darnell of Southlake, Texas; five great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at First United Methodist Church, Salina. Burial will be in Gypsum Hill Cemetery, Salina.

Memorials may be made to the church or Presbyterian Manor Good Samaritan Fund.
