Mr. Moses was born June 1, 1927, in McCracken. He was a sales and leasing agent for Business Credit Leasing Co., in Oklahoma City.

He served in the U.S. Navy as a ship's cook from 1945 to 1946 during World War II.

He was preceded in death by a son, Rick S., in 2001.

Survivors include his wife, Vida I., of Oklahoma City; two daughters, Cheryl Konzem of Salina, Kan., and Janet Moody of Mesa, Ariz.; a sister, Maxine Jellison of Salina; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Elizabeth Ann Seaton Catholic Church, Salina. Burial will be in Gypsum Hill Cemetery, Salina.

Memorials may be made to American Lung Association or Mercy Hospital ICU, Oklahoma City, or Salina Education Foundation.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth, Salina 67401, where the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m.
