Mr. Senner was born July 10, 1925 in Hollis. He was the owner of Senner Construction Company of Salina and retired in 1991.

Survivors include his wife, Olene, of the home; two sons, Richard Jr. and friend Donna of Wagner, Okla., and Del and wife Susan of Richland, Wash.; four daughters, Diana Johnson and husband Edward of Lincoln, Neb., Deborah Carlgren and husband Dennis of Scandia, Cyndi Sitton and husband Craig of Newalla, Okla., and Karen Vogt and husband Victor of Rosalia; a sister, Edna Crusinberry of Maize; 18 grandchildren; six step-grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Mary Queen of the Universe Catholic Church, 230 E. Cloud, Salina. Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery with military honors provided by VFW Post 1432 of Salina.

A vigil and rosary will be at 6:30 p.m. today at Ryan Mortuary, 137 North Eighth, Salina.

Memorials may be made to Hospice of Salina or the church.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. today.
