Mr. Toney was born April 8, 1963. He was a custodian.

Survivors include a daughter, Leslie Kay Toney of Salina; his mother, Louise Vogan of Salina; two brothers, William and wife Tammy of Salina and Audie of Glendale, Ariz.; two sisters, Brenda Toney and Rachel Vogan, both of Salina; two grandsons, Ryan and Dominque Toney, both of Salina; two aunts, Lila Baker of Larned and Lois Cox and husband Sidney of Salina; two uncles, Victor Pearson and wife Linda of Bakersfield, Calif., and James Pearson and wife Sandy of Tescott; a niece, Ashley Hougaard; and four nephews, Josh Toney, Samuel Elsey, Austin Harner and Brayden Toney.

A graveside inurnment service will be at 10 a.m. Monday in Gypsum Hill Cemetery, Salina.

Memorials may be made to the Leslie Toney Memorial Fund.

There will be no visitation. The body was cremated.
