Norman L. Vidricksen
March 12, 1931 - February 21, 2007

Norman L. Vidricksen, 75, Salina, died Wednesday, Feb. 21, 2007.

Mr. Vidricksen was born March 12, 1931, in New Cambria. He was chairman and CEO of the Anheuser-Busch Distributorship, Salina, since 1963. He also worked for Boeing Aircraft in Wichita for 14 1/2 years.

He graduated from Salina High School in 1948 and married Mary Ann Wood on Aug. 6, 1950, in Winfield. He played semi-pro baseball.

He was an avid Walleye fisherman, pheasant hunter and bowler.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Ann, of Salina; two sons, Dan Boone and Hank, both of Salina; a daughter, Sandy Ingermanson of Salina; three brothers, Ben, Fred and Robert, all of Salina; a sister, Hellen Haase of Salina; seven grandchildren, Josh and Audrey Cook of Salina, Stacie Ingermanson, Megan Vidricksen and Sidney Vidricksen, all of Brookville and Boone Norman Vidricksen and Ashley Vidricksen, both of Salina; and a great-grandchild, Mikayla Cook of Salina.

The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday at St. John's Lutheran Church, Salina, Dr. Charles Englund officiating. Burial will be in Brookville City Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Salina.

Visitation will be from 1 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth, Salina 67401, where the family will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m.
