Mr. Vishnefske was born Jan. 30, 1986, in Salina. He was a clerk at The Golf Shop and most recently was a cable technician for S.M.&P. Utility Resources, Salina.

Survivors include his parents, John and Shelly Vishnefske, of Salina; his girlfriend, Molly Thompson of Salina; his soon-to-be-born baby daughter, Libby Louise Vishnefske; two sisters, Megan and Elise Vishnefske of Salina; his grandfather, Pete Saunders of Minneapolis; and his grandmother, Anna Vishnefske of Minneapolis.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Sacred Heart Cathedral, Salina. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery, Minneapolis.

A vigil will be at 6:30 p.m. today at the cathedral.

Memorials may be made to American Legion Baseball Program or Libby Louise Vishnefske Education Fund.

Visitation will be from 2 to 5 p.m. today at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth, Salina 67401, and after 5:30 p.m. today at the cathedral.
