Mrs. Walters was born Martina Boos on Feb. 7, 1924, in Hays. She was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray, in 1987; and a grandchild in 1997.

Survivors include two daughters, Judy Windholz of Salina and Linda Nolan of Aurora, Colo.; a brother, Gilbert of Greeley, Colo.; a sister, Bernetha Leiker of Hays; four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

The Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Mary Queen of the Universe Catholic Church, 230 E. Cloud, Salina. Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery, Salina.

A rosary will be said at 7 p.m. Friday at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth, Salina 67401.

Memorials may be made to any Alzheimer’s organization or for Masses.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the mortuary.
