Mrs. Wood was born Laura M. Kressly on Oct. 2, 1910, in Sylvan Grove. She was owner of Wood Fashion Cleaners, Salina.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold O. Wood Sr., in 1985.

Survivors include two sons, Gary L. Wood and wife Diana and Harold “Skip” Wood and wife Lynda, all of Salina; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

A private family service will be Wednesday at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth, Salina 67401, the Rev. Robert Schaedel officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park, Salina.

Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church, Salina.

There will be no visitation.
