She is preceded in death by her husband, Dale M. Armstrong, 1996, her daughter, Linda G. Irwin, 2005, a great grandson, Jerry Ball, Jr. and two brothers and three sisters.

She is survived by her sons, James Leo and spouse, Nancy, Armstrong, Herington, Ks, Jerry Dale and spouse, Glenda, Armstrong, Salina, Richard Alan and spouse, Jenny, Chandler, Az; and her daughters, Barbara P. and spouse, Bud, Lipe, Salina, Judy E. and spouse, Bob, Hudson, Kanopolis, Debbra J. and spouse, Bill, Cox, Salina and a son in law, Sandy Irwin, Salina. . She has 24 grandchildren, 59 great grandchildren and twenty great great grandchildren.

Visitation will be private. Funeral services will be held at the Ryan Mortuary on Thursday, Oct. 2, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. Burial will be in the Gypsum Hill Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to Hospice of Salina or Windsor Estates.
