For 19 years, she was a cashier and bookkeeper at First National Bank, Salina, which later became Sunflower Bank. Later the Becks lived in Lakewood, Colo., where she was active in ceramic classes and AARP. In 2003, they moved back to Salina.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Oscar R. Beck, in 2005; a brother; and three sisters.

Survivors include a son, Steven Beck and wife Sudi, of Tulsa, Okla.; two daughters, Georgia Kay Charles, of Salina, and Sheryl Keiser and husband Leon, of Coral Springs, Fla.; two sisters, Loretta Crawford, of Lakewood, Colo., and Dolores Kashka, of North Hills, Calif.; seven grandchildren, Tom Keiser and wife Kelly, of Fredericksburg, Va., Amy Mannis, of Collinsville, Okla., Tim Keiser and wife Melissa, of Trinity, Fla., Steven Beck Jr. and wife Cheryl, of Tulsa, Okla., Chris Charles and fiancé Amanda Jolly, of Salina, John Charles and wife Cindy, of Salina, and Lance Beck and wife Kristina, of Owasso, Okla.; 10 great-grandchildren and one on the way; six stepgreat-grandchildren; and her faithful dog, Toto.

Memorial services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 7, at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth, Salina 67401, with the Rev. Harry Tysen officiating, followed by burial in Roselawn Memorial Park, Salina. There will be no visitation. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to March of Dimes, in honor of Ryan Beck.
