Geanine L. Dauber, 75, of Salina, died Saturday, Nov 22, 2008. She was born April 26, 1933, daughter of Ralph and Flossie Sears, in Assaria, KS. She was a homemaker and a seamstress for Jim's Formal Wear. She was member of the Sacred Heart Cathedral, the Salina Women's Bowling Hall of Fame. She enjoyed painting and designing eggs. Geanine was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Ralph and Theodore Sears, and a sister Lorraine Kepley. Survivors include her husband, Elmo of Salina; one son Danny and wife Susan of Salina; four daughters, Lanny Fazel and husband David, Janny Vance and husband Ron, Lorie Reeve and husband Richard, and Chris Rico, all of Salina; one brother, Richard Sears of S.Carolina; twelve grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. The Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 AM Wednesday at the Sacred Heart Cathedral, Salina. A Vigil Service will be 7:00 PM Tuesday evening at the Ryan Mortuary, Salina. Burial will be at the Roselawn Cemetery, Salina. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 8:00 PM Tuesday at Ryans. Memorial gifts may be given to Sacred Heart Cathedral or American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society. |
