Mr. Gleason was born Sept. 23, 1931, in Salina. He was retired from construction work.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Pearl Gleason.

Survivors include his stepmother, Marie, of Salina; six brothers, Gary, Bill and Ronny, all of Salina, and Roger, Charles and Dennis, all of Salem, Ore.; two sisters, Darlene Nelson of Salem and Barbara Osborn of Burbank, Calif.; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth, Salina 67401, with the Rev. Loren Houltberg officiating.
