Freda A. Harbaugh, 76, died Friday, Nov. 21, 2008, at the Kaye Pogue Hospice Center, Salina. Mrs. Harbaugh was born Freda Arlene Gorrell on Oct. 1, 1932, in Salina. She was a homemaker and enjoyed making cakes and gardening. She is survived by her husband, Duane E. “John,” of the home; one daughter, Edyle McDaneld, Salina; two sisters, Charlotte Ashton, Salina, and Udena McKee, Falun; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth St., Salina 67401. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the mortuary with Pastor Kerry Basinger officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery, Salina. Memorials are suggested to Salina Heights Christian Church or Hospice of Salina. |
