She was preceded in death by her father in 1986. Survivors include her mother, Viola Miller, Salina; sister, Jeannine Pihl and husband, Norman, Salina; one niece and one nephew and three great-nieces and one great-nephew.

Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, June 20, 2008 at Salemsborg Lutheran Church, Smolan with Rev. Ethan Feistner officiating. Private family burial will be in the Salemsborg Lutheran Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the church, New Hope Services, Valley Center, or Hospice Care of Kansas in care of Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth, Salina 67401. Friends may sign the guestbook between noon and 8 p.m. today at the mortuary.
