Charles T. Miller, 85, Salina, died Sunday, Nov. 9, 2008, in Salina. He was born Jan. 25, 1923, in Macon, Georgia. On Feb. 27, 1947, he married Creola Williams in Salina. He was a Salina resident for over forty years. For over 22 years, he served in the U.S. Air Force. He then worked as a postal employee for the Salina Post Office. He was a member of Quayle United Methodist Church and the American Legion. Survivors include his wife, Creola, of the home; two daughters, Debra Wagner, of Salina, and Connie Loftley, of Columbia, SC; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 14, at Gypsum Hill Cemetery, Salina, with the Rev. John Curtis officiating. There will be no visitation.Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. 8th, Salina, KS 67401, is in charge of arrangements. |
