Myrtle B. Clark Penner
March 28, 1916 - July 14, 2008

Myrtle B. Clark Penner, age 92, Salina, died Monday, July 14, 2008, in Salina. She was born Myrtle Belle Bunch on March 28, 1916, in Lincoln, KS, to Edward and Cora Elizabeth (Hyman) Bunch. She and her first husband owned and operated Clarks Propane Service and Store in Lincoln for many years.

She is preceded in death by her first husband, Jesse Lambert Clark, in 1978; her second husband, LeRoy Penner, in 2004; her children, Paul Eugene Clark, in 1984, Margaret Elaine (Suelter) Johnson, in 1987, and Susan Ann (Meyer) Jednoralski, in 2007; and her brothers and sisters, Nancy Mae Bunch Clark, Lee Andrew Bunch, Harry Delbert Bunch, Virgil Alfred Bunch, James Jack Bunch, Ed William Bunch, Artella Bunch Mae and Mary Ann Bunch Loader.

She is survived by her grandchildren, Jesse C. Meyer and Jeffrey E. Meyer, both of Lincoln, Judy Lenherr of Windom, John R. Meyer of Salina, Jo Lisa Frye and Janna Gunckle, both of Topeka, Melody Cobb of Warsaw, MO, Bradley Suelter of Pleasant Hill, MO, Justin Suelter of Kansas City, MO, Jess Suelter of Palm Bay, FL, Timothy Suelter of Omaha, NE, Michael Clark, address unknown, and Kelle Lance of Salina; 19 great-grandchildren; and two great great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Lincoln City Cemetery, Lincoln, KS. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at Ryan Mortuary, 137 North Eighth St., Salina. Memorials are suggested to Hospice of Salina.
