Assaria — Ella E. Schrader, 87, died Tuesday, May 13, 2008. She was born July 7, 1920, in Zahrenholtz, Germany, the daughter of Wilhelm and Anna Neibuhr Schroeder. She married Raymond George Schrader on June 1, 1949, in Orange Grove, TX, and had resided near Salina, in Assaria, since 1950. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond, in 2003; and two sisters, Elizabeth and Marie. She is survived by her sons, Gene O. and wife Patty and Victor R. and wife Debi, all of Salina; a daughter, Sharon A. Campbell and husband Ken of Abilene, TX; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a brother, Wilhelm Schroeder, Orange Grove, TX. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Monday, May 19, 2008, at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Salina. Burial will be in the Roselawn Cemetery. Friends may call at the Ryan Mortuary on Sunday from noon until 8 p.m. Memorials are suggested to the church. |
