Linda is survived by her son, Christopher and spouse, Hilary Valdez, Salina; her daughter, Jennifer Valdez; Salina; her parents, Joseph & Eleanor Fernandez, Salina; her brothers, Gary Fernandez, Salina, and Arthur and spouse, Patricia, Fernandez, Salina; and her sister Nathalie Mohatt, Aurora, Co. Her grandchildren are Alexandra Nicole, Samuel Joseph, and Sophia Grace Valdez and Ethan Christopher Bogart; her 13 nieces and nephews and her special friend, Todd Pfeifer.

Her family would like to thank all of Linda’s friends, coworkers and the employees of Hawker Beechcraft, and the Higher Praise Church for their support, courage, friendship, prayers and donations. You all gave so much of yourselves; thank you so very much from the Valdez and Fernandez families.

Visitation will be on Friday at the Ryan Mortuary from noon until 8:00pm where there will be a vigil service at 6:00 pm on Friday evening. Funeral services will be at 1:00 pm on Saturday, Nov 1, 2008 at the Higher Praise Church, 1120 Greeley, Salina. Memorials are suggested to the Tammy Walker Cancer Center.
