She was born, Levina L. Reynolds, October 8, 1920 in Grant County, Ind. She worked as agent and secretery for the Dick Worth Appraisal Service for over 25 years.

She is survived by her busband, Dick L. Worth of Salina; one son, Keith Worth and wife Debbie of Ferndale, Wash; one sister, Mary Richey of Claremont, CA; and two grandchildren, Matthew and Brian Worth of Ferndale, Wash.

The funeral service will be at 2:00 pm Friday at the Episcopal Church Of The Incarnation, Salina. There will be no visitation.

Memorials are suggested to the church, in care of Ryan Mortuary, Salina.
