She was a wonderful wife and mother. She worked in food service for Sacred Heart Grade School, Asbury Hospital and Dillons Grocery. She was member of the Sacred Heart Cathedral, the Rolling Rockers Camper's Club, the Golden Years, and served as den mother for the Boy Scouts. She was preceded in death by six brothers and one sister.

She is survived by her husband Vergil of Salina; two sons Larry of Lee's Summit, MO and Robert of Junction City; two daughters, Constance Wary of Columbus, KS and Lavonne Fleming of Tipp City, OH; one sister, Agnes Patenaude of Corinth, TX; sixteen grandchildren, forty-five great grandchildren, and nine great great grandchildren.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 AM Saturday, Dec. 6, 2008, at the Sacred Heart Cathedral, Salina. Burial is in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Salina.

A Vigil Service will be 7:00 PM Friday, at the Ryan Mortuary, Salina. Memorial gifts may be given to the Sacred Heart Cathedral or Hospice of Salina. Visitation will be 4:00 to 8:00 PM Friday at Ryans.
