She is preceded in death by her husband, Ben, in 1981; an infant daughter, Debra Sue, in 1954: and her special friend, Steve Brylla, in 1989.

She is survived by five sons: Lyle and wife Nancy Zrubek, of Hutchinson; Bob Zrubek, Larry and wife Ethel Zrubek and David and wife Janice Zrubek, all of Salina, and Richard and wife Linda Zrubek, of McPherson; four daughters, Patty Werth and husband Gary, of Salina, Lois Nash, of Clay Center, Iris Fulton and husband Jack, of Kerrville, TX, and Berneda Kippes and husband Duane, of Rose Hill; 22 grandchildren; five stepgrandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; six stepgreat-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and a stepgreat great-grandchild.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Sacred Heart Cathedral with Father Allen Scheer officiating. Burial will be in the St. John Cemetery, Zenda, KS at 2 p.m. Thursday. A vigil/rosary service will be at 6:30 p.m. today at the Ryan Mortuary, 137 North Eighth, Salina. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. today at the Mortuary. Memorials are suggested to Windsor Estates Nursing Center, Salina.
