Jackson Buddy Greene, 23, of Salina, died Friday, April 10, 2009. Mr. Greene was born Feb. 1, 1986, in Salina. Our dear Jackson went home to be with Jesus on Good Friday. Jackson was a 2005 graduate of Central High School, a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, an avid movie lover, Star Wars fan, video gamer, and had a strong love for family. Survivors include his father, Marcus Greene; mother, Michelle Hoffpauir, of Salina; five sisters, Madison Revels and husband Jermaine, Reagan Bailey and husband Justin, Jetta, Pricilla and Marcie; two brothers, Drew and Scott; two grandparents, Uva Breckling and husband Julius and Helen Schamburg; three aunts, Karen Greene, Tonya Nickel and husband Dave, and Cindy Mullet and husband Jim; one uncle, Mark Shamburg and wife Dalia; one niece, Jocelyn Bailey; one nephew, Desmond Revels; and many more close family and friends. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth, Salina, where family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 14, at Trinity Lutheran Church, Salina. Burial will be in Gypsum Hill Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Jackson Greene Education fund. |
