Survivors include his wife, Chantha Phouthavong, of Salina; two sons, Kevin Phouthavong, of Lynnwood, Calif., and Lee Phouthavong, of Grand Island, Neb.; two daughters, Xop Bouasanouvong and Souvanh Phouthavong, both of Salina; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 12:30 p.m. Thursday, July 2, at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth, Salina. Cremation will take place immediately after the service. Viewing will be prior to the service at the mortuary.
